It’s Not All About Frozen Yogurt

Whether you run a frozen yogurt shop or are planning on opening one, there’s a very important mistake you absolutely must do everything you can to avoid: thinking it’s all about the frozen yogurt. Sorry, it’s just not true and if you don’t accept this, your shop will definitely fail in short order.
That’s because you need to also think about the frozen yogurt supplies in your shop too. I can promise you your customers definitely will. And that’s not what you want. You want your gelato supplies to be of a high enough caliber that they do their job and don’t steal the show.
If you try to cut corners, you could end up with a much worse situation. Take bargain brand spoons, for example. Their cheap plastic can actually leave an aftertaste in your customers’ mouths. Not only does this distract from your actual product, it makes it clear to your customers that you don’t care about their overall experience as much as you did about saving a few dimes.
That’s not a good look.
So spend as much time on choosing supplies as you did gelato and you’ll be fine.
